This document does not currently contain detailed information on configuring cookies in Netscape Navigator. However, here are some basic steps for configuring your Netscape cookie preference.

• Netscape 4.x
  1. Choose Edit and Preferences to manage your Internet settings.
  2. Click the Advanced menu option in the left column.
  3. Make sure that the Accept all cookies option is checked.
     
• Netscape 6.x
  1. Choose Edit and Preferences .
  2. Click the Privacy & Security menu option in the left column. Make sure that Enable all cookies is checked.
     
• Netscape 7.x
  1. Choose Edit and Preferences .
  2. Click the Privacy & Security menu option in the left column and click Cookies . Make sure that one of the three Enable options for cookies is checked.
     
     Note: If you want to configure custom cookie settings, you must select the Enable cookies based on privacy settings and then click View to select a low, medium, high, or custom security setting. The Custom option lets you allow cookies on a site-by-site basis.
